The Jianjie® binder for DRI fines and pellet fines briquettes, composed of environmentally conscious polymer materials, possesses hydrophilic, complexing, and cold-setting properties, making it suitable for processing iron powder, chips, ore slag, and other solid waste in steel plant. The resultant scrap iron briquettes are widely adopted in steelmaking furnaces and have garnered recognition from most customers.

Binding Strength:
It exhibits high binding performance, compressive strength can surpass 200kg.No cracking under high temperature of 1200℃.making it suitable for furnace smelting.

Each ton of binder can produce 35-50 tons of briquettes. The briquettes have a high qualification rate of 98% and a 1.5m-drop integrity（green briquettes).

Product Maintenance

Packaging

Package with 25kg woven bags or 1000 kg per jumbo bag.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
