Product Characteristics
Good Effect:
The forming rate of the prepared pellets reaches 98%, the green pellets are intact after being dropped more than 7 times at a height of 0.5m, the compressive strength of the dry pellets is more than 50N-100N and the compressive strength is more than 2500N after being roasted at 1200℃ for 25min.
High Economic Benefits:
The amount of bentonite added is reduced by 1.0%, the grade of pellets is increased by 0.6%, the blast furnace output is increased by 1.8% and the coke consumption is saved by 1.2%.
