The Jianjie® organic binder is for iron ore concentrates powder pelletizing represents a composite material crafted through the addition of specialized organic polymers.It can be directly added to the iron ore concentrate powder together with part of bentonite.It can effectively reduce the amount of bentonite added, thereby improving the iron grade; on the basis of increasing the feeding speed, it also improves qualification rate and yield, greatly helping customers to increase production capacity and bringing great economic benefits to customers.

Product Characteristics

Good effect:
The forming rate of the prepared pellets reaches 98%, the green pellets are intact after being dropped more than 7 times at a height of 0.5m, the compressive strength of the dry pellets is more than 50N-100N, and the compressive strength is more than 2500N after being roasted at 1200℃ for 25min.

High economic benefits:
The amount of bentonite added is reduced by 1.0%, the grade of pellets is increased by 0.6%, the blast furnace output is increased by 1.8%, and the coke consumption is saved by 1.2%.
