Pulverized metallic ore pellet binder is a special binder for bonding metal ore powder, such as iron ore powder, manganese ore powder, chrome ore powder, silicomanganese alloy powder, iron ore concentrate, and other metal ore powders.
This innovative technology has been widely adopted by steel mills as well as industrial and residential applications for the efficient recycling and utilization of metallurgical waste. In addition, these binders are better than traditional inorganic binders because of their strong adhesion and the good mechanical strength of the pellets.
The use of metal ore powder pellet binders to produce pellets is a simple process with the advantages of high adaptability to raw materials, simple equipment, easy operation, low energy consumption, low production costs and low environmental pollution, while contributing to improved steelmaking smelting performance.
