Product Characteristics

The binder has the features such as less dosage, strong adhesion, high forming rate, high compressive strength and falling strength of green pellets, good thermal stability of the furnace, and keeps the grade of pellets.

For Green Pellets:
The binder speeds up pellet forming rate with smooth surface in uniform size. The drop strength and compressive strength of the green pellets are improved, and the burst temperature is not impacted.

For Baked Pellets:
The cold strength of baked pellets is higher, especially the cold strength of the pellets baked at low temperature is increased. The metallurgical properties of pellets are improved, the initial softening temperature of the pellets is increased, the final softening temperature is reduced, and the softening temperature range is narrowed. The baking temperature is reduced, the baking temperature range is expanded, and the service life of the baking equipment is extended. It reduces the low-temperature reduction pulverization ratio and reduces energy consumption.
