Product Characteristics

Application to metallurgical pellet-use bentonite:
The extender is a material with high inherent binding strength. In metallurgy, it improves bentonite viscosity in reduced dosage so that the pellet can keep high-grade. And it also endows green pellets with high compressive strength and drop strength. Pre-treated pellets feature high-temperature stability, and reduction disintegration index (RDI) will be improved, pulverization will be decreased. Then furnace will be well performed and less energy will be consumed.

Application to Foundry Bentonite:
Foundry bentonite serves as an inorganic binding agent in foundry. The extender added into foundry bentonite economizes on bentonite while improving strength, air permeability and high-temperature performance.

Packaging

Package with 25kg woven bags or 1000 kg per jumbo bag.

Storage

Store the bags at a cool, well-ventilated and dry place.
Put them on a damp-proof cushion or pallet.
Exposure to the sun or rain is strictly prohibited.
